Adriana Pontes |

Adriana
Luzia Pontes, Partner and Director has a B.S degree in Agronomic
Engineering from the University of São Paulo (ESALQ-USP), in
1996, an M.S degree in Plant Science also ESALQ-USP. Adriana began her
carrier at Sakata Seed South America in 1999, as a researcher
Phytobreeder. Joined , in 2002, to the Brazilian Trade Association of
Seeds and Young Plants (ABCSEM) where held the position of Executive
Manager and established solid contacts with government agencies and
several entities in the sector, in Brazil and abroad. In March 2008
transfered to the Feltrin Seeds company, to be in charge of Regulatory
Affairs and Business Support Management (import, export, quality
control, seed testing laboratory and customer service). Was Director of
ABCSEM for 2 mandates, one of them as vice president, and had an active
participation in technical committees, state and federal sectorial
cameras. Participated in the elaboration of seeds and young plants
legislation and other relates normatives, always together with the
Ministry of Agriculture, Universities and research institutions. With
over 15 years experience in the seed, fertilizer and vegetable sector,
left the company in December 2011 to found the Gerthe Consulting, a
company focused on Business, Regulatory, Assistance and Training.

Silvia Leite Campos
|

Silvia
Leite Campos, Partner and Director, graduated in Agronomic Engineering
at São Paulo State University "Julio de Mesquita Filho" -
UNESP, Jaboticabal, in 1984. She earned her specialization in Business
Administration for Executives at INPG - National Graduate Institute.
Silvia has contributed in her professional life,in different roles,
joining at medium and large private companies, oriented for inputs
markets for agriculture, especially Nutriplant, with fertilizer
– micronutrients, Eucatex and Mec Prec with soil conditioners
and plant substrates, working mainly in the technical area of Quality
Control, Research and Product Development, Technical Assistance and
Regulatory Afairs, along the organs of technical and environmental
inspection and certification. Silvia has participated actively in the
elaboration of legislation for fertilizer, lime and substrates, always
along with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Universities and
Research Institutions, with highlight the specific normative of
Substrate for Plants. Participated in the creating of ABISOLO -
Brazilian Association of Technology Industries in Plant Nutrition,
where served in two mandates as Vice-President (2008/09 - 2010/11) and
also the creation of INPAS - Brazilian Association of Inputs for
Sustainable Agriculture. Currently acting in normatives studies
commissions for fertilizers and limes at ABNT, and other groups of
segments that involve contaminant and phytossanitary areas. With over
25 years of experience in inputs for agriculture, especially
fertilizers - micronutrients, soil conditioners and plant substrates,
left the company in January 2012 to found Gerthe consulting, a company
focused on Business, Regulatory, Assistance and Training.
